Lukaku heading back to Chelsea! Deal of £99m agreed

This is a fantastic signing by the Blues as last season their top scorer was central-midfielder Jorginhio with 7 goals. It is a pity that he is leaving because it isn't as if Inter haven't done well...they just won Serie A. With Conte gone Lukaku may feel that the club aren't heading in the right direction which is understandable. If he doesn't succeed which I doubt he could rue leaving a club where he was settled...
